Simply log on using your unique user name and password and place your order on-line choosing from available stock. Our brand new trade website also offers you the facility to preview and order new season ranges, track orders and download images. USERNAMES & PASSWORDS are available upon request

Send us through your order via email. We have a wholesale spreadsheet for entering your order. If you would like to receive a copy please email email@example.com. Alternatively send us your own list and don’t forget to include product code, description, size, colour and quantity to be ordered.

Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We can talk you through your order requirements and give you extra information including best sellers and stock availability
Please read the following carefully. By placing an order with Piccalilly the customer agrees to the following terms & conditions;
Prior written approval must be gained to retail Piccalilly directly over the internet or to make Piccalilly’s products available for export. Goods must NOT be sold on to 3rd party retailers. Strictly NO auction site trading of Piccalilly products in any territory.
We have worked hard to develop our ranges and establish our transparent supply chain. We value our brand and would ask you to respect our pricing strategy, as well as your own margin. We will let you know in advance if an item is going to be discontinued. We kindly ask you to work with our RRP and not to devalue non-sale items by selling them at a discount.
Product shots are provided upon request for use by Piccalilly stockists for their marketing. Stockists who discount non sale items or promote Piccalilly on auction sites such as Ebay lose the right to use Piccalilly product & lifestyle photography shots. Legal action will be taken where necessary and all copyright of all photography belongs to Piccalilly.
Initial minimum order value of £300 (ex VAT - where applicable) per season
All subsequent order values can be as little as £150.00 (VAT - where applicable)
If you are placing an order for dispatch to outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay import duty on your order. You would need to contact your local customs office to find out what the rates of import duty are for goods coming in to the country. We have found a very useful website which provides a lot of information about import duties and tax which you also may find useful www.dutycalculator.com Our couriers will however carry out all the necessary customs clearance for you and payment of any incurring duties simply gets paid directly to the courier on receipt of the goods.
All our wholesale prices are quoted non-inclusive of VAT.
All our baby and children’s clothing, including bibs and muslin swaddles, are zero rated for VAT. All non-clothing items, including washcloths, are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. EU customers providing us with VAT registration number will be charged at zero rate for VAT. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT on any items.
Orders from stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and full payment subject to stock availability and our standard trade terms.
We aim to deliver your order from stock, however we cannot guarantee permanent availability of all items, although we do try our hardest. If there is likely to be a delay we always do our best to give you an accurate delivery date. Where items are temporarily out of stock we can put items on back-order and you can add to this order at any point - once the items come back into stock we’ll get in contact. Please note that stock can only be guaranteed on payment in full.
Piccalilly regard orders placed as a firm commitment and cancellations will not be accepted without prior written consent. Cancellations will not be accepted within 6 weeks of the due date of the order.
Orders are to be paid on a pro-forma basis. 30 day accounts may be offered to established UK customers only. This facility is not available to web based businesses and all stock remains the property of Piccalilly Ltd until paid for in full. Stock cannot be guaranteed until paid for in full. Please note any customers who are offered a 30 day account who do not pay within our 30 day account period will revert back to proforma on subsequent orders.
Cheques payable to ‘Piccalilly Ltd’ - extra time will be needed before dispatch to allow for the cheque to clear.
Credit or Debit Card payments are accepted
Bank Transfer – Your invoice will have all the necessary info to make a BACS payment Payment in Euro’s - We now have a Euro bank account, please let us know when placing your order if you would like to pay in Euro’s through the SEPA payment sysyem and we can then invoice you with all the necessary information to make your payment into our Euro Bank A/C. SEPA payments are very cost effective for both parties. Please note however that due to the fluctuating currency rates Euro Invoices are calculated on the average exchange rate for any given month and must be paid within 5 working days to guarantee that exchange rate.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Contact Piccalilly within 7 days of delivery should you receive any damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.
We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour, print and size may occur due to the nature of production. Many of our fabrics are screen printed by hand – slight variation to the final colour and print finish can occur.
Please note we do not offer Piccalilly products on a sale or return basis.
